Welcome to the Official Ellen Michaels Photography Website. Ellen Michaels, formerly a model, is currently a wildlife and nature photographer specializing in photos of the birds, butterflies, insects and flowers of Central Park in New York City.

My work has appeared in The New Birders Guide to Birds of North America, Bird Watchers Digest, The Urban Audubon, The Birds of New York City, BWD Magazine, The Urban Bird Call, The Linnaean Society of New York. as well as other publications.

Almost all of the photos were taken in Central Park and some were taken in other locations in New York.
