Central Park Water Birds
Millions of people visit Central Park yearly. With it's abundance of birds, over 280 species, visitors from all over the world enjoy this great location for birding.
The most common waterbirds in Central Park are the Great Egret, the Black-crowned Night-Heron, and the Double-crested Cormorant.
The best places in Central Park to see waterbirds are the Reservoir, the Pond, Turtle Pond, and the Harlem Meer.
